Spring is knocking on our door again and we couldn’t be more pleased to see it!
This time of the year is always super inspiring, there is so much promise and ‘newness’ to the season of Spring. Just look around you, new life flows from the plants and the fields as nature gets ready to embrace the sun.
It can be easy to feel disconnected from the seasons with our fast-paced lives, spending a lot of time indoors or peering into screens. However, reconnecting to the natural rhythms of the world can be one of the most beneficial things that you do for your own wellbeing.
For example, we tend to be drawn towards hibernation in the cold winter months, which is fine – it’s important that we conserve this energy and honour what our bodies are asking for. However, now that Spring is here, it’s prime time to start looking at the habits you’ve developed over the winter and work out whether they are still serving you.

So the time is now to align yourself with the seasons and have a little spring clean of your habits. Ditch anything that doesn’t make you feel good and embrace the endless opportunities that change brings with it. Adopt some new habits that make you feel energised, fresh and healthy and get excited for the months ahead.
