Dr Claire Maguire
Dr Claire Maguire, who developed and leads the retreats, is a renowned wellbeing and life coach, published author and the UK’s top raw food chef, who evokes and inspires life transforming experiences through her compassionate and perceptive nature.
She is passionate about empowering women to live a healthier, happier life and reach their full potential. By combining various complementary techniques, Claire helps women care for their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
Her own health challenges with breast cancer and overcoming the devastating results of treatment have reinforced in her the up-most importance of our own self-worth, health and positive body image. This is what drives her to inspire other women to live the live they desire.
Recently restored into a modern luxury retreat venue, the Hall has 6 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, each individually decorated with beautiful views and can be either single or shared twin occupancy.
Added facilities include the relaxing outdoor hot tub, the far infra-red detoxing sauna and a spacious health studio. There’s also a wide range of soothing massages and therapies to enjoy.
